Ingredients

• 1/4 liter of olive oil
• yeast
• Scoring lemon
• 1/4 grams of entire almonds
• 250 grams of ground almonds
• flour
• 1/4 liter of white wine
• 3 eggs
• 500 grams of sugar

Preparation

Beat the the oil, the wine, the eggs and the sugar together until the sugar were diluted.

Hereinafter it is added the lemon peel and the grated almond, then the flour is added it must contain already the yeast.

They must be well kneaded but they shouldn't result excessively hard.

The last you add are the entire almonds without peeling.

Make small lengthened rolls and put them into an oiled oven, then paint the rolls with beaten egg and cook them to half oven about 20 minutes.

Take the rolls out of the oven and cut them in slices which must be the same thickness of a finger, cook again the slices in order to brown them well.
