Ingredients (1 person)

• 2 or 3 eggs
• Cheese (as much as you want)
• Toasted bread (must be dry)
• Oregano (optional)

Preparation

Cut the cheese and the toasted bread in form of dice, add them conjunctively whit the oregano to the beaten milk.

Don't let the bread to be soaked, mix a bit and put them to the paella with some oil.

Make it enough open on one side and then fold it like a calzone. It can also bend as the French way.

Quite raw is better.
