Macarrones a la Catalana
Ingredients
• 1 egg
• 25 grams of butter
• 400 grams of Macarrones
• 250 ccs of milk
• 80 grams of parmesan cheese
• sauce to roast a chicken
Preparation
Put a beaten egg, the milk, the cheese and the sauce of a roasted chicken in a casserole and then mix them all good.
Cook the macarrones in abundant salt water, the mix everything, finally put over all some cheese and butter.
