• 500 grams of prawns
• olive oil
• 1 small onion
• 3 teeths of garlic
• 3 tomatoes
• 1/2 cup of white wine
• 1 spoonful of fresh basil
• 1/2 sweet pepper
• salt, as much as you want
• ground pepper, as much as you want
In a pan with oil, braise the chopped onion and garlic, during 2 minutes.
Peel the tomatoes, chop them up and add them without seeds, add also the white wine, the saffron, the salt and pepper.
Continue the cooking for about 6 minutes in high fire.
Add the basil and the chopped pepper.
Remove all well and rectify the salt point.
After peeling the prawns, incorporate them to the sauce and continue the cooking for about 1-2 minutes.
